This graph obviously isn’t itself from the Morgan report. Nor is it clear (i) that Morgan, if they truly are in the chain of provenance at all, originated the data, or (ii) what methodology was used to create it. Do you know where this specific graph comes from? E.g., some newspaper story, or someone else’s blog? And do you have any idea of the original source of the underlying data? Without more background, I would hesitate to attribute what’s shown here to Morgan.
