Top 10% national income share across the world, 2016

Hah! Those don’t add up to 100%, and I know the Middle East doesn’t have the most money. I am guessing on second look that this is percentage of income within each region that goes to the top 10%.

Funny, I thought that Saez said that the top 10% earned 59% and paid 63% of the taxes over a decade ago, so a bit odd that it hasn’t gotten worse. Maybe Canada’s better then we are and bringing up the average, eh?

Is there a source for this?
