How is the ordinate calculated? And what, exactly, is it?

Before Reagan, Bushes, Clinton, Obama, and Trump, France and the USA looked a lot alike. They screwed anybody who’s not rich, and that’s most of us.

Please follow up the news of relative poverty ((all aspects) in France + property prices in the global capital of Romance + strikes and protests by the CGT and others + the former job of the current President+ plus his “Professional” background, etc., (and check for yourselves the validity of my new half-baked, hurriedly written equation) but doesn’t it amount to/ =
We are back to Finance Capital + Rentier Rent+ new Arms (and al/other techno related) deals with old and new “allies” within and without the crudest and most brutal Colonial power in modern European history and let me know?

I think the French should do the following:

    1) Bring back to life the millions of people they slaughtered in their immediate FORMAL former colonies in Africa (all of Africa)
    2) Bring back to life the thousands of languages and mother tongues they cut in the same regions
    3) Bring back to life the countless other millions they starved due to abject poverty they, and they alone, are responsible for
    4) Do exactly the same in their other INFORMAL colonies world-wide
    5) Lear English (the easiest language on earth). Ban French in France. Fund fully, properly and wholeheartedly the revival of the few remaining tongues (Amazeegh, and Daraja to name but a few); support the free teaching of the same across Africa.
    6) Go to Refugee Camps all across the world and volunteer to cook free French Onion Soups for all African refugees across the Globe.
    7) And simultaneously do exactly the same in all their INFORMAL colonies, plus pay full compensation for the loss and grief they caused to all.

Ps. The above doesn’t apply to the poorer citizens of France; those who suffered in any shape or form in the French Resistance Movement; and academics and scientists and intellectuals, to name a few groups.

Ps.!! As I had openly confessed to being in a rush, I forgot a few important points: On Sex, Dictatorship and Terrorism.
The French state should also do the following:
    1) As a secular state (May it long live and spread to the whole world) it should force its citizens, while visiting officially declared and dignified Muslim countries, in the Holy Month of Ramadan in particular, to respect local customs and refrain from demanding alcohol and pork in public
    2) Keep sexual habits to legitimate practices (i.e: private domain of adult individuals by mutual consent) and refrain from the most abhorrent form of sexual abuse, child abuse in both public and private spaces, including private rooms in expensive international or local hotels
    3) Take back to France all the “fact cats”, some holding legal dual citizenship now, and rehouse them in the the ghettos they built for their ancestors outside Paris and elsewhere in France
    4) Find – state or citizens – from the same ghettoes the oldest surviving member and declare her/him the new President of France, while legalising immediately all the labour they imported illegally to France so they would have the right of travel back and forth freely
    5) And last but not least, present free of charge the best of counterterrorism intelligence to all formal and informal, legal and illegal, stable or crumbling rulers and innocent citizens in the Muslim world, equipping them with the state of the art French technology and training to target their own citizens and the dual national ones – all, whether innocent, disenfranchised, or genuine being the result of brutal dictatorships. And, of course, one must not forget the protection of innocent tourists who have no idea (“lucky devils”) about any of this and are everywhere in search of “innocent” fun, relaxation, last minute cheap travel packages, no visa requirements, etc…

Clearly, all of above applies to all states. France is just one clear better – televised address.
